helpful staffhomeless campsdrug addicts
the staff seemed helpful and tried to find ways to assist.
I DISLIKED the area surrounding the hotel. There were homeless camps right across the street. i saw many drug dealers and addicts, it was a bit shocking. This was great.

The breakfast did include a lot of sweet pastries, yet i noticed it lacked fresh food options. I also found the bed sheets to be slightly dirty. It really affected my experience negatively.

heavy doorfaulty air conditioning
the bathroom door was very heavy it was difficult to manage it kept trying to close itself. the air conditioning did not work properly it seemed stuck on heating mode. the breakfast also upset my stomach i experienced heartburn

A Tender Stay

The staff welcomed me with open arms. Their kindness shone. The location was a gift. It allowed exploration with such ease. I found transport and dining were a walk away! The hotel left a pleasant surprise for me, it was very sweet.
There was a lot of noise, not only in the breakfast room due to its size, but also in the rooms upstairs. Soundproofing does not work here.

The room decor is really beautiful. It has very well designed and styled and very comfortable elements. It was perfect! Had a window with a Juliet balcony offering decent views. It brought a smile to my face.

The front desk staff were friendly. Because I left very early in the morning, the gentleman at the front desk packed some breakfast pastries for me to take along. It was a very nice gesture. I was touched.
